There’s 3 kinds of homeless:
1) 1 paycheck away from homelessness and that paycheck didn't come; 2) disaster like fire and waiting for insurance; 3) long term mentally ill or addicted and no intensive care available
3 different things but the same “symptom”, and each requires different treatments
